Whenever anxious, we take quick, shallow breaths i.e., hyperventilating. It makes us feel dizzy and panicky. It interferes with our judgment negatively. During such restless times try to inhale a deep breath through the nose, hold it for a second, and release it from your mouth. Repeat this until you start feeling calmer.

  1. Get rid of that Gloomy Attitude

With negative thoughts arising in our minds, we often anticipate the worst possible and draw ridiculous conclusions to a situation. So, instead of scaring yourself, use your imagination to solve the problem.
